Fulfillment Policy

At Tree Savages, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience from purchase to delivery. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the procedures and terms associated with our services, including digital and physical product delivery, refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. Delivery of Digital Products and Services

Instant Access:Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to all digital products and services purchased through our Sell More Tree Work Portal. This includes but is not limited to template tree service contracts, the Margin Multiplier app, and other digital resources.

Delivery Method: Digital products are delivered directly through our online platform. Customers will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the purchased materials.

2. Delivery of Physical Products

Processing Time:Orders for physical products will be processed within 7 business days of receiving payment.Shipping Time:After processing, orders will be shipped and typically delivered within an additional 7 business days. Therefore, customers should expect a total delivery time of up to 14 business days from the date of purchase.Shipping Costs:Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the items ordered. Customers will be able to review these costs at checkout.Tracking Information:Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has been shipped, allowing them to monitor the delivery progress.

3. Refund Policy

Eligibility:Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@treesavages.com.

Conditions for Refund:

Digital Products: Refunds will only be considered if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. If a digital product has been accessed or used, no refund will be issued.

Physical Products:To be eligible for a refund, physical products must be returned in unused, original condition, and in the original packaging. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for a refund.Proof of Purchase:Refunds will only be processed if a valid proof of purchase is provided with the refund request.

Refund Requests:Customers must provide a detailed reason for the refund request. Refunds will be evaluated based on the information provided and are subject to approval.

Non-Refundable Items:

Refunds are not available for:

Products that have been used, opened, or damaged.

Services that have been rendered or accessed.

Subscription fees for which the 30-day notice was not provided or if the notice was not received before the next billing cycle.

Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Return Policy

Eligibility:Physical products purchased from Tree Savages may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, customers must contact us at info@treesavages.com with their order details. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

5. Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Items: All items, including digital products and services, are non-refundable once purchased.

Subscription Cancellations: To cancel a subscription, customers must provide at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. If a customer notifies us of their intention to cancel but is charged more than 30 days after the notification, they will be entitled to a refund for the period extending beyond the cancellation notice.

Late Cancellations: If a cancellation notice is given less than 30 days before the next billing cycle, the customer will be billed for the upcoming cycle, but no further charges will occur beyond that.
